"Outward journey 15 min late, different car and very strange route using Sat nav took much longer than necessary.
On return journey , he never arrived, we waited outside the hotel for 20 min. he insisted on the phone he was there but no sign of him despite a search. Eventually we hailed a black cab and just caught our train. I advised him we were having to leave and could no longer wait any longer.
The company should not be paid for the return journey and we should be refunded"
