"Driver was on time for pickup, in fact he was early, pleasant enough guy, car was clean. The company we booked via taxicode ( Ral Chauffeur ) state the following are in the cars ( bottled water, wifi, tissues ) they were not. For the return journey the driver could not pick us up from the designated collection point ( still not sure why ), this resulted in a very long walk after a long day. "
